How long does it take to have my release online?

We offer 3 different delivery options to deliver your music to the platforms:

• Standard delivery (min. 2 weeks) 
• Express delivery (min. 1 week) 
• Priority delivery (min. 2 to 4 business days)

For more info, please have a look at our pricing page. In any case, we will send you an email as soon as your release is live on all streaming platforms and download shops that you selected during the creation of your release.

Please note: 

• The releases are usually online on all shops around 2 PM CEST time;
• The email is sent only when a release is online on ALL the selected shops. If you don't receive the email, please check your most important shops and get back to us if you think that something is missing.

Every online store works autonomously and each release will be made available during the time frame that involves the entire 24 hours, from 00:00 to 23:59, on the expected release date. It is therefore not possible to determine beforehand if your release will be available starting from midnight or later on, because each store has its own internal quality check procedures; in any case, your release will be published within the scheduled day.
