What are Artist Hub Free, Pro and Pro+ and how can I order them?

Artist Hub is a shareable smartlink that directs your fans to your music via their favorite platforms. It's accessible through a single URL link that you can share on your socials, blogs and promotional emails. There are three different versions of Artist Hub:

1. Artist Hub Free

If you are currently on our Free subscription plan, when creating a release, you will be provided with the Free version of Artist Hub. This version displays the links to your release for the 4 platforms selected during the creation of your release*.

*Except for TikTok, FB/Instagram, Napster, KKBox, Melon and Resso.

2. Artist Hub Pro

If you are currently on our AMPLIFY subscription plan, when creating a release, you will be provided with the Pro version of Artist Hub. This version allows you to select the links you want to display on the page, and you can choose from all the platforms your release is distributed to. Here are some other features available with the Pro version:

• An "Artist" page where you can add a bio;
• A "Tour" page where you can add the dates of your upcoming gigs;
• A "Press" page where you can add downloadable files (for e.g. an Electronic Press Kit);
• Links to your socials.

3. Artist Hub Pro+

If you are currently on our AMPLIFY+ subscription plan you can get the Pro+ version of Artist Hub. This version allows you to select the links you want to display on the page, and you can choose from all the platforms your release is distributed to. Here are some other features available with the Pro+ version:

• An "Artist" page where you can add a bio;
• A "Tour" page where you can add the dates of your upcoming gigs;
• A "Press" page where you can add downloadable files (for e.g. an Electronic Press Kit);
• Links to your socials;
• No iMusician branding;
• Option to set-up a Pre-Save page.

Artist Hub as a Standalone product 

If you want, you can also get an Artist Hub as a standalone product, which will allow you to assign it to any release, even if it wasn't distributed by us. There are three ways to do order it: 

Option A: 

1. Go to the "Products" section of your dashboard and click on "Get your Artist Hub" in the "Artist Hub" box;
2. This will create a new release in your library. Fill in the information requested in each field;
3. Select the Artist Hub version available with your subscription plan and click on "Get Artist Hub" to finalise your order; 
4. The new release will now appear in your library, from where you can access the Artist Hub. Please note that it takes around 20 minutes to generate your Artist Hub URL.

Option B: 

1. Go to "Dashboard" and click on "Artist Hub";
2. Follow steps 2-4 of Option A

Option C: 

1. Go to "Library" and click on "Add new release";
2. Fill in the information requested in each field; 
3. Select "Artist Hub" under "Select Next Step" and click on "Continue to Artist Hub"; 
4. Follow steps 2-4 of Option A
