Beatport Launches Profile Management Platform Beatport Greenroom

Beatport Green, Beatport’s New Profile Management Platform
Beatport is a popular platform that many electronic music artists and labels go to to sell their music and promote their tracks. Now, it has announced the launch of a new profile management dashboard called Beatport Greenroom. Described as a “one-stop destination for opportunities and services built to help artists and labels grow, get heard, and move the world,” it brings together multiple important features that help artists customize their presence on the platform. Those tools include performance analytics, profile management, catalog visibility, team access, and ticket listings.
More precisely, Beatport Greenroom allows them to update their bios and add profile images and their logos. They can invite team members with different access levels and view catalog products available for download or streaming on Beatport. As for analytics, they can look at data on downloads, DJ followers, and DJ streams, among other things.
In a press release, Beatport’s Chief Commercial Officer Alex Branson says: “With the launch of Beatport Greenroom for Artists & Labels, we take a huge step forward in cementing our role as their key marketing partner. They can now utilise their profiles as truly intended, better connecting with their DJ followers to nurture long-term relationships. This includes adding live event schedules alongside their latest profile image or an up-to-date biography, while gaining insights into how those DJs interact with their music via a suite of analytical tools. This is the initial development of a powerful tool Beatport is creating for the community it serves.”
How to Claim A Beatport Greenroom Artist or Label Profile
To claim your artist or label profile, you first need to get your music on Beatport. If you haven’t done so already and are wondering how, visit our “How to Upload Music to Beatport” page for all the information you need.
Once you’re set, log in with your Beatport.com account, choose whether you’re claiming an artist or label profile, complete the request, and submit it for review. Once approved, you can update your bio, profile image or logo, invite team members, and use all other platform tools.
