Why Do I Have An Error Message That Says “This Audio File Has Already Been Used”?
As our system does not allow the same audio file to be associated with multiple tracks simultaneously, here’s what you need to do if you encounter this error message:
- Remove the audio file from the track that displays the error message. To do so, click on the track, select Edit and then choose Delete audio.
- Select the track that already contains the audio file and add it to your release by clicking on Include from Library.
If the track containing the audio file is linked to a release that has already been paid for, you will not be able to delete the audio file yourself. Please reach out to our Support team if you need help with this!
