How Can I Change My Subscription?

Changing your iMusician subscription plan is very easy! Here’s how you can switch plans to better fit your needs.


1. Access Your Account

Log into your iMusician account and go to Account > Profile > Manage subscription to view and manage your current subscription plan.


2. Choose a Subscription Plan

We offer four different plans. Select the one that best fits your current needs:

  • Starter

  • AMPLIFY

  • AMPLIFY+ 

  • AMPLIFY Pro


3. Change Your Plan

👉Upgrade Your Plan

  • If you’re upgrading from the Starter plan, the upgrade is instant upon payment. Choose your desired plan, make the payment, and your new subscription starts immediately.
  • If you’re upgrading to a higher plan, the upgrade is also instant. Your remaining days from your current subscription will be set off against the price difference. After that, your annual subscription will start and the automatic renewal will be set.

👉Downgrade or Cancel Your Plan

  • Downgrades take effect at the end of your current subscription period.
  • You can cancel the downgrade request any time before the end of your subscription period.
  • After the downgrade, any releases distributed under your current plan will remain online and unaffected, but your commission rate will update according to the new plan.

⚠️Very important: If you’re currently on an AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ or AMPLIFY Pro subscription and you want to cancel it, you must downgrade to the Starter plan by following the steps above. Removing your payment method or requesting to close your account is not a valid way to cancel your subscription! 

Make sure to cancel before the renewal date. If you do not, your subscription will automatically renew for another year.


Things to Consider When Changing Plans

  1. Your Artist Hub Pages will adjust to reflect the features of your new plan.
  2. Personalized labels you have created will be stored in your iMusician account, but they will only be accessible for future releases if you have an AMPLIFY+ or AMPLIFY Pro subscription.
