When Will My Subscription Renew?

It’s important to keep track of your subscription's renewal date and plan ahead to ensure that everything is handled properly. Staying on top of your renewal date helps you avoid any unwanted charges and allows you to make changes to your plan if necessary! 

When Will My Subscription Renew?

Your subscription will automatically renew on the date displayed on your dashboard under Account > Profile > Manage Subscription. 

On this renewal date, the payment method linked to your iMusician account will be charged automatically to renew your subscription. We recommend setting a reminder in your calendar for the renewal date to make sure you don't forget about it.

How Can I Stop The Renewal?

To stop the renewal and avoid unwanted charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. To do so, simply go to your Account > Profile > Manage Subscription section and downgrade to the Starter plan. Removing your payment method or requesting to close your account is not a valid way to cancel your subscription.

Your subscription will end on the specified date, and you will be automatically downgraded to the Starter Plan on that day. Make sure to cancel before the renewal date (again, set a reminder in your calendar if needed). If you don’t, your subscription will automatically renew for another year!
