About the session
Running an indie label is equal parts passion and strategy. Whether you're just getting started or looking to take things to the next level, this coaching series is built to give you the tools, insights, and confidence to grow your label successfully.
Over three focused sessions, we’ll work on the areas that matter most to you. Whether it’s signing and developing artists, crafting a solid release plan, or making your label financially sustainable. You choose the priorities, and we’ll break them down into practical steps, checking in and making progress along the way.
By the end of the series, you'll have a more precise roadmap, stronger strategies, and a more structured approach to running your label, without feeling like you're figuring it all out alone.

Mar Sellars Artist and Label Manager
Mar Sellars has worn just about every hat in the music industry — manager, booking agent, publicist, tour manager, radio host, and label head. With 20+ years of experience across Canada, the US, and Europe, she’s helped indie artists build sustainable careers. Originally from Vancouver, she spent eight years in London playing in bands and working at BBC Radio before moving to LA, where she now manages Partner, Tallies, and poolblood, books tours for Atomic Music Group, and runs Envision Records.
