What's Promo Credit?

Promo Credit refers to the funds we add to your iMusician account whenever we issue a refund or offer a gesture of goodwill if something went wrong. Here’s what you need to know about Promo Credit, how it works, and how you can use it 👇

How Do I Get Promo Credit?

Promo Credit is added to your iMusician account whenever we:

• Issue a refund.
• Make a goodwill gesture to compensate for an issue.

You will also receive Promo Credit when you use our referral program.

How Can I Use My Promo Credit?

You can use your Promo Credit to purchase any products and services from iMusician or to upgrade your subscription plan. Unlike Cash Credit, Promo Credit cannot be withdrawn to your bank or PayPal account through a payout request.

Whenever you have Promo Credit available in your iMusician account, it will be automatically used to pay for your orders. You can see the deducted amount by opening the corresponding invoice.

How Can I See My Promo Credit Balance?

To check the amount of Promo Credit available in your account, go to Revenue > Payout Overview > Your Credits. 

⚠️ Important: Promo Credits do not have an expiration date. They will remain in your account indefinitely until used!
