Cash Credit refers to the funds we add to your iMusician account whenever we receive revenue sales from the shops. Here’s everything you need to know about how it works and how you can use it 👇

How Do I Get Cash Credit?

The amount of Cash Credit we add to your iMusician account corresponds to the amount of revenue that we’ve received from the shops. You can find detailed information about your sales revenue in your monthly sales report.

How Can I Withdraw My Cash Credit?

Your Cash Credit can be withdrawn to your bank or PayPal account by requesting a payout.

How Can I See My Cash Credit Balance?

To see the available Cash Credit in your iMusician account, go to Revenue > Payout Overview > Your Credits.

⚠️ Very important: Your Cash Credit balance will remain stored in your iMusician account for a period of one calendar year without the need for you to log in. However, to minimize exchange rate risk, we reserve the right to convert your Cash Credit balance into Promo Credit after one calendar year. To avoid this conversion, make sure to log into your iMusician account at least once a year!

Can I Use My Cash Credit to Pay for Orders?

Yes! You can use your Cash Credit balance to pay for your orders by enabling the appropriate setting in your account:

1. Go to Profile > Account Settings
2. Enable "Use Cash Credit for open invoices"

Once enabled, any available Cash Credit in your balance will be automatically used to cover the costs of your invoices. You can see the deducted amount by opening the corresponding invoice.

Can I Get Refunds in Cash Credit?

As stated in our Terms of Service, we have a no cash refund policy. Refunds will be made only in Promo Credit, not in Cash Credit.
