Acceptance of Terms

1. By using Artist Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific features or services offered by Artist Hub.

User-Generated Content

1. Artist Hub allows users to upload, share, and interact with user-generated content ("Content"). You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for any Content you submit or contribute to Artist Hub, and you assume all risks associated with such Content.
2. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish and share the Content you submit on Artist Hub.
3. You grant iMusician a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Artist Hub's operation and promotion.
4. iMusician reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable in its sole discretion. However, the iMusician does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any Content on the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

1. You agree not to use Artist Hub for any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable purpose. You also agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the operation of Artist Hub or its users.
2. You must not upload or share any Content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
3. You must not engage in any unauthorized use of Artist Hub, including but not limited to accessing or attempting to access restricted areas, collecting user information without consent, or circumventing any security measures.

Privacy

1. The Company respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Artist Hub, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights in Artist Hub and its contents (excluding user-generated Content) are owned by iMusician. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Artist Hub without the Company's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

1. To the extent permitted by law, iMusician and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Artist Hub.
2. iMusician does not warrant that Artist Hub will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects in Artist Hub will be corrected. Artist Hub is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis.

Termination

1. iMusician reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to Artist Hub at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

Changes to the Terms

1. iMusician may modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the iMusician website. Your continued use of Artist Hub after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Reporting Offensive, Unlawful, or Copyright Infringing User-Generated Content

1. iMusician is committed to maintaining a safe and lawful environment on Artist Hub. If you come across any Content that you believe is offensive, unlawful, or infringes upon your copyright or the copyright of others, please report it to iMusician immediately.
2. To report offensive, unlawful, or copyright infringing Content, please contact us at legal@imusician.pro. Your report should include a detailed description of the Content, its location on Artist Hub, and any supporting evidence or documentation.
3. iMusician will promptly review all reports of offensive, unlawful, or copyright infringing Content and take appropriate action, which may include removing the Content, terminating the user responsible for the Content, or any other action deemed necessary at the iMusician's discretion.
4. Please note that while iMusician strives to promptly address reported issues, it may require a reasonable amount of time to investigate and respond to each report. iMusician shall not be liable for any delays or damages arising from the handling of reported Content.
5. If you believe that your Content has been wrongly removed from Artist Hub as a result of a report, you may submit a counter-notification to iMusician, providing the necessary information and stating your objection. iMusician will review the counter-notification and may reinstate the Content at its discretion.
6. By reporting offensive, unlawful, or copyright infringing Content, you acknowledge that iMusician may share your report, including your personal information, with the user responsible for the Content, as well as with law enforcement agencies or other relevant third parties as required by law or in the iMusician´s reasonable judgment.
7. iMusician disclaims any liability for the actions or omissions of users or third parties in relation to reported Content, including any failure to take action or the outcome of any action taken.
8. Reporting false or misleading claims of offensive, unlawful, or copyright infringing Content may result in legal consequences, and iMusician reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in such cases.
9. iMusician encourages users to exercise caution and engage in respectful and lawful behavior while using Artist Hub, and to report any violations of these Terms promptly.
