How Can I Set Up A Pre-Save Page For My Upcoming Release ?
A pre-save page is an excellent way to build anticipation for your upcoming release. It allows your fans to add it to their libraries as soon as it becomes available. Here’s how you can set up a pre-save page for your upcoming release 👇
What’s a Pre-Save Page?
A pre-save page allows fans to pre-save your release on Spotify and Deezer before it is officially released. This means that, on the day it goes live, it will automatically be added to their libraries which is a good way to increase your streams and the engagement from your fans.
When Can I Set Up a Pre-Save Page?
You can set up a pre-save page as soon as your release is delivered to the shops. To make sure your pre-save campaign has enough time to gain traction, we encourage you to order your release at least 3-4 weeks before the release date.
How Do I Set Up a Pre-Save Page with iMusician?
- Create a Release Page
- Under Release Page > Features click on Customize (If this option is greyed-out, you must upgrade to our AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ or AMPLIFY Pro subscription in order to proceed)
- Under Services, enable Get Pre-save Page
- After a couple of minutes, your Pre-save links will be available on the Release Page.
⚠️Important: Pre-save links are only available 2-3 days after the release was delivered to the shops. If you try to get your Pre-save links before the release is delivered, it won’t work.
Once the pre-save links appear on your Release Page, share it on your social media, newsletters, and your website to drive traffic to your pre-save page!
What Happens After Fans Pre-Save Your Release?
- On Spotify: The fans will be redirected to a login page. By linking the pre-save request to their account, the release will automatically appear in their library on release day.
- On Deezer: The fans will be redirected to a login page. By linking the pre-save request to their account, the release will be added to their favorites on release day.

- Start sharing your pre-save links as soon as it’s set up.
- Create engaging posts, videos, or stories around your release and make sure to include the pre-save links.
