Some Links Are Missing On My Release Page. What Can I Do?

If you notice that some links are missing on your Release Page, follow this guide to make sure your Release Page was set up properly 👇

Check the Release Date

Links to your music will only become available from the release date. If you try to share your Release Page links before the release is live on the shops, it won’t work because the links don’t exist yet!

Make sure your release has been paid for, approved, and delivered to the shops before setting up your Release Page.

Automatic Link Fetching

The Release Page automatically fetches links only for the following platforms:

• Amazon Music
• Beatport
• Deezer
• Qobuz
• Tidal
• Spotify
• Anghami
• Traxsource
• Apple Music
• Junodownload
• Pandora
• YouTube Music
• AWA

For any other shops, you can manually add links:

1. Use the Customize tool of your Release Page. If this option is greyed-out, you must upgrade to our AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ or AMPLIFY Pro subscription in order to proceed.
2. Click on Add custom shop.
3. Enter the name of the shop and the URL.

Missing Links for Supported Platforms

If links are missing for supported platforms (e.g., Amazon Music, Beatport, Spotify), it might be that our system failed to fetch a link automatically. This can happen if your release was rejected by certain shops.

If the release is available on the shop but the link is missing from the Release Page, you can add it manually.

⚠️Important: Do not add custom links during the pre-save phase (between delivery and the release date). This can interfere with the automatic fetching process on the release day.
