What does "Apple Digital Masters” mean?
"Apple Digital Masters” is a label created for music that has been mastered and quality-tested for publication in iTunes/Apple Music. The requirements iTunes/Apple Music sets apply to regular digital audio mastering as well, so you as an artist are making sure that your music is mastered well.
To receive this label, check with Apple if your mastering engineer is an approved "Apple Digital Masters" mastering engineer, or we can also distribute your music and get the label later on. To do so, we need:
- the name and address of the studio;
- the name of the person who mastered your track;
- the email address of the person who mastered your track;
- the phone number of the person who mastered your track.
