Which genres does iMusician distribute?
iMusician covers every musical genre, including classical music, and caters to niche shops like Traxsource and Beatport, vital for electronic artists. We ensure your music reaches all platforms, including those with the most stringent standards, ensuring broad accessibility for your fans.
Here are a few exceptions and special conditions:
- We do not distribute the following:
- Podcasts
- Audiobooks
- Meditation music
- Noise content (for example nature sounds or white noise)
- Classical music:
- Classical music releases are only distributed under our AMPLIFY subscription plans and must adhere to specific formatting guidelines.
- Beatport genre modifications:
- Beatport may modify the genre of your release to better suit their categorization.
- Jazz music:
- For Jazz releases, please list each performing artist along with their respective instrument roles for each track in the "Performers" section (visible when Apple Music is selected).
