How Can I Get Paid?

Once your music starts generating money, it’s time to enjoy your hard-earned revenue! Getting paid for your music revenue through iMusician is a very simple process. Here’s how it works:

1. The Revenue Is Credited to Your iMusician Account

Once we’ve received the sales data and the revenue from the different shops, the money is credited to your iMusician account in the form of cash credit.

2. Set Up Your Payout Details

To transfer this cash credit to your preferred account, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your iMusician account.
  2. Go to Revenue > Bank details.
  3. Click on Add payout account.
  4. Choose between Bank Account or PayPal (these are the only two options currently supported).
  5. Provide the required information.

⚠️Very important:

  • Make sure that the information you provide is valid and matches your provider’s details. If the info is incorrect or incomplete, we won’t be able to process your request properly.
  • Make sure the account you register is properly set up, verified by your account provider and that you have access to it.

3. Request a Payout

Here’s how you can request a payout to your preferred account:

  1. Log into your iMusician account.
  2. Go to Revenue > Payout Overview.
  3. Select the amount you want to transfer and the account you wish to transfer the money to.

You can see the amount of available cash credit in the Your Credit info box.

4. We Process Your Payout Request

Once you’ve requested a payout, it will be processed within 30 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded!).

If your payout status remains Pending after 30 business days, this means our team is conducting additional checks before initiating the payment. In such cases, there might be a delay, but don’t worry—we will contact you as soon as possible. With your cooperation, we’ll ensure your royalties are paid out promptly!

⚠️Very important: We reserve the right to deduct costs such as "returns" from your account. For example, if a buyer returns a song to a shop and receives a refund, this amount will be deducted from your revenue. Additionally, any sales penalties applied by the shops (e.g., Spotify) will also be deducted.
