How Can I Manage My Orders?
Managing your orders with iMusician is an easy and straightforward process. Here’s a little step-by-step guide:
1. Access Your Invoices
Go to Account > Order overview to get an overview of all your invoices. This section will display a complete listing of your invoices since the creation of your iMusician account. You’ll be able to see the following details:
- Invoice Number
- Amount
- Status (e.g., Paid, Unpaid)
- Creation Date
2. Download Your Invoices
Go to Account > Order overview In order to download your invoices. To do so, your profile details must be complete. Please make sure you fill in all the required fields in your profile. If your profile details are incomplete, you won’t be able to download your invoices.
3. View Your Invoice Details
In Order overview, you can click on any invoice to open it. Inside the invoice, you’ll see detailed information about the product or service you ordered (e.g., Music Distribution) along with the corresponding prices. If applicable, you’ll also find a section labeled Deductions at the bottom of the invoice, which shows any deductions made (e.g., if the invoice was paid using cash credit).
4. Manage Your Unpaid Invoices
If you started an order (e.g., for a release), proceeded to the checkout page, but left before completing the payment, an unpaid invoice will be created. To pay it, go to Account > Order overview and from there:
- Locate the invoice with the "Unpaid" status.
- Click Pay to complete the payment and finalize your order. You can also click Cancel if you need to cancel the order.
