My Payment Failed. What Can I Do?
If you've ordered something and gone through the checkout page but unfortunately your payment didn't work, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do to resolve the issue and complete your order 👇
1. Locate Your Unpaid Invoice
When a payment fails, an unpaid invoice is automatically created. Go to Account > Order overview and look for the invoice with the “Unpaid” status.
2. Restart the Payment
Once you've located the unpaid invoice, click on Restart Payment. This will reopen the checkout page and you’ll need to go through your payment method provider’s authorization process again to validate the transaction. Most payment failures occur during the authorization process, so restarting the payment often resolves the issue!
3. Check Your Payment Method
If the payment issue persists, make sure that you are using a valid payment method and contact your payment method provider for more details.
4. Try an Alternative Payment Method
If you still cannot complete the payment using your preferred method, we recommend trying a different payment method. This often resolves the situation!
