When releasing new music, timing is everything! Here’s a breakdown of what factors can impact the timing of your release 👇

The time needed to release your music will depend on:

The day when you pay for your order. Since that’s what triggers the whole process, if you delay the payment of your order you’re also delaying the release.
The quality of your release and its metadata. If your release fails the quality check, we will have to postpone the delivery until your content meets the streaming platforms requirements.
The digital release date you selected. Depending on the release date you select at the time of ordering, a delivery schedule will be established.

Here’s what to keep in mind when the release day comes:

Most releases are live on all platforms by around 14:00 (CEST). The music does not go live on all platforms exactly at the same time on all shops simultaneously.
Once your release is available across all selected platforms, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Every online store has its own schedule and quality control processes, so exact release times vary. Releases are set to go live within a 24-hour window on your chosen release date, from midnight to 23:59. Some platforms may make your release available early in the day, while others may take longer due to their internal procedures.
