I Want To Close My iMusician Account. What's the Procedure?

If you have decided to close your iMusician account, here’s the step-by-step process to follow:


1. Access Your Account Settings

Log into your dashboard and go to Your account > Profile details.


2. Initiate account deletion:

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Delete account.


3. Complete the deletion process:

Read the information box carefully. Follow the prompts to confirm and complete the deletion of your account.


⚠️Very Important Notes Before Deleting Your Account:

  • The account deletion process takes 14 days to be fully completed. During this time, you might still receive some of our newsletters or communications.
  • During this 14-day period, do not log into your account otherwise the deletion process will be interrupted and you will have to start the process again. 
  • Once the process is complete you will stop receiving emails from us.
  • Once the process is complete, your account will be permanently deleted and you will no longer have access to your sales reports, revenue and all your releases metadata. Make sure to download and store all the data you wish to preserve before closing your account.
  • We suggest considering a 6-month period before closing your account, as you may still have revenue due from sales on the shops during this time.
