How can I contact iMusician’s Artist and Label Support?

You have two options to reach out to our support team:

• Community Forum: You can ask questions in our Community via "Support" in the top right corner of our website.

• Email Support: If you are on our AMPLIFY or AMPLIFY+ plan, or if you purchased one year of email support during your release upload, you can contact us directly using our contact form.

How do I use the in-app contact form?

• From your Dashboard, click on “Need help?” to open the Help Center

• Click on “Ask” at the top of the Help Center window

• Fill in the required fields of the contact form and click “Next” to send your message

• You'll receive a reply from our support team based on the plan you’re on. You can view current and previous conversations by clicking on “Previous Conversations”.

• Click on one conversation to open it. You’ll see the thread and can add more context to your message by clicking on “Add reply”


Please note: Once a support ticket is resolved, the thread will be closed. If you have additional questions or concerns, start a new conversation following the same process.


How can I access email support on the Free plan?

You can now access email support by purchasing it for a one-time fee during release upload. This grants you one year of 24hr email support, automatically expiring after one year.
