At iMusician, we're known for our exceptional support, available in six different languages. Our dedicated Artist & Label Relations team is here to assist you with personalized service, whether you need help with your releases or have questions about the music industry.
How can I contact iMusician’s Artist & Label Relations team?
As an iMusician member, you have two options to reach out to our support team:
- Community forum: You can ask questions in our Community. Our moderators and members will quickly respond to your inquiries and help clarify any doubts.
- Email support: If you are on one of our AMPLIFY plans, or if you purchased one year of email support during your release upload, you can contact us directly using our contact form.
New to iMusician?
If you're new to iMusician and need help choosing a plan or getting started, simply reach out to us via our Community, and one of our agents will contact you shortly.
Here is how it works:
- If you have a more general question: Our community moderators and members will promptly reply to your question and provide clarity.
- If your question is a bit more complex: Our moderators will flag your query, and our team will assist you in no time. Please be brief and do not share any personal information in the public forum. Our Artist & Label Relations team will open a private direct message chat with you if needed.
How do I use the in-app contact form?
- From your Dashboard, click on “Need help?” to open the Help Center
- Click on “Ask” at the top of the Help Center window
- Fill in the required fields of the contact form and click “Next” to send your message
You'll receive a reply from our support team based on the plan you’re on. You can view current and previous conversations by clicking on “Previous Conversations.” Click on one conversation to open it. You’ll see the thread and can add more context to your message by clicking on “Add reply.”
Please note: Once a support ticket is resolved, the thread will be closed. If you have additional questions or concerns, start a new conversation following the same process.
How can I access email support on the Starter plan?
You can now access email support by purchasing it for a one-time fee during release upload. This grants you one year of 24hr email support, automatically expiring after one year.
