How can I get in touch with iMusician?
To get in touch with us, please log in to your iMusician account (or create one if you don’t have one yet).
From your Dashboard, open the Help Center, by clicking on “Need help”?
Type a keyword in the search bar to see all FAQ articles related to your search.
A list of articles related to your keyword will appear. Please have a look and open the article that might contain the information you’re looking for.
If you don’t find the answer to your question, you can get in touch with us by 3 different ways, from the Help Center:
- Click on “No” at the bottom of the consulted article
- At the bottom of the list of suggested articles, click on “Get in touch”
- Click on “Ask” at the top of the Help Center window:
You will then have to fill the different fields, to give our Artist and Label Relations team all the details they need to solve your issue. Then, click on “Next”, to write and send us your message.
You’ll receive our answer within 1 - 2 working days on average.
You can check the current and previous conversations by clicking on “Previous Conversations”:
Click on one conversation to open it. You’ll see the thread and can answer by clicking on “Add reply”.
Please note: If you need to contact us in the future about another topic or another release, please do the process again (look for a keyword, have a look at the articles, contact us if needed).
