Terms & Conditions for Music Business Mentorship
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and use of the Music Business Mentorship coaching sessions, a service provided by iMusician Digital AG. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Summary
The Music Business Mentorship service provides one-on-one coaching sessions and workshops with experienced industry experts. These sessions aim to provide actionable, practical advice on various aspects of the music business, including audience growth, release strategy, gig bookings, and more. All sessions and workshops are delivered digitally via online video calls.
2. Definitions
Session: A scheduled one-on-one coaching call or group workshop with an expert coach from the Music Business Mentorship program, delivered online via video conferencing software.
Client: The person booking the session.
Coach: The industry expert providing mentorship during the session.
Booking: The process of reserving a time slot for a coaching session.
Company: iMusician Digital AG, the provider of the Music Business Mentorship service.
3. Booking Process
Session Booking: Clients can book a session via https://imusician.pro/en/products/music-business-mentorship or by following the instructions provided during the booking process. Payment is required to confirm the session.
Session Duration: Sessions are available at different times, as selected during the booking process. Packages such as group workshops or multi-session formats may vary in structure but will align with the selected session durations. The duration of each session is fixed and cannot be extended.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment will result in the session not being confirmed.
Acceptance of Terms: Clients must agree to these Terms & Conditions at the time of each booking. If you disagree, you will not be able to proceed with your booking.
Multi-Session Packages: Bookings that include multiple sessions are non-refundable once the first session has taken place, regardless of how many sessions the client attends or if they are dissatisfied with the coach.
4. Technology and Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and environment to participate in the session. This includes, but is not limited to:
Installing the required video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom).
Having a reliable high-speed internet connection.
Using a functional microphone and camera.
Being in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
iMusician Digital AG and the coach are not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced by the client.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel a session up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Exceptions: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, severe illness, or other extraordinary circumstances), cancellations and refunds will be accepted regardless of the deadline, at the discretion of the coach and iMusician Digital AG.
Cancellation by Coach: If the coach needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered alternative times or a full refund.
Rescheduling by Client: Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. For emergencies that arise closer to the session time, please contact your coach directly. While we will do our best to accommodate you, we reserve the right to decline last-minute rescheduling requests.
Rescheduling by Coach: If the coach must reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances, the client will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternative options.
How to cancel or reschedule: Upon booking, clients will receive an email with a Zoom link and further instructions, including options to reschedule or cancel the session. Rescheduling or cancellation must be conducted through this link. No other methods (e.g., email or phone) will be accepted for changes to bookings.
6. No-Shows
If the client fails to attend the session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged in full, and rescheduling will only be allowed at the coach’s discretion.
7. Appropriate Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected from all participants in the Music Business Mentorship sessions and workshops.
iMusician Digital AG and the coaches reserve the right to terminate any session immediately if a client behaves inappropriately, including but not limited to:
Harassment or abusive language toward the coach or other participants.
Erratic, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
In such cases, the client will not be entitled to a refund.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during the sessions. However, please note that sessions are not legally privileged.
9. Liability
iMusician Digital AG and the coaches are not responsible for any business losses, including but not limited to lost profits, contracts, or opportunities, arising from the advice given during the sessions. While the coach provides guidance based on their expertise, the client is fully responsible for the execution of any advice and the outcomes that result from it. Success depends on various factors, including the client’s effort and external market conditions, and as such, we cannot guarantee specific results.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, clients agree to first attempt resolution through informal discussions with the coach. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to a neutral third party for mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, any legal action will follow the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of iMusician Digital AG.

Please note that this contact is intended for exceptional circumstances only. All standard booking management (such as cancellations or rescheduling) need to be handled directly through the booking confirmation email.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply at the time of booking, and clients must accept the Terms & Conditions each time they book a session.
