What Happens If My Release Fails The Quality Check?

If your release doesn't meet the quality standards during our Quality Check, don’t worry! Our Quality Assurance team will notify you and provide clear instructions on what needs to be fixed. Here’s what happens next:


  1. Notification Email

You will receive an email notification from our QA team, asking you to log into your iMusician account to view the issues flagged in your release.

  1. Log into Your iMusician Account

Once you log into your iMusician account, you'll see a notification tab labeled Release Issues on your dashboard. Click on it to open the Issue Resolution Center, where you’ll see all the releases that are currently on hold and that require your attention.

  1. Locate and Correct

Open the request to see the highlighted fields that need correction. Follow the instructions provided by the QA team to resolve the issue(s). After making the corrections, check the box next to each issue to confirm the changes.

  1. Submit Your Corrections

Once you've checked all the relevant boxes, click Submit at the bottom of the page. If you need to provide additional information, tick the box I need to provide additional information, which will open a text field where you can leave a message for the QA team. When you’re done, click Confirm and Send to submit your release for another review by our QA team ✅
