What Happens If My Release Fails The Quality Check?

If your release doesn't meet the quality standards during our Quality Check, don’t worry! 

 

You Will Receive An Email Notification

You will receive a notification from our Qualoty Assurance team to let you know something wasn't right during the quality check. You will have log into your iMusician account to view the issues flagged in your release.

Log Into Your Imusician Account

Once you log into your iMusician account, you'll see a notification tab labeled Release Issues on your dashboard. Click on it to open the Issue Resolution Center, where you’ll see all the releases that are currently on hold and that require your attention.

Locate and Correct The Issues

Open the request to see the highlighted fields that need correction. Follow the instructions provided by our Quality Assurance team to resolve the issues. After you've made the corrections, check the box next to each issue to confirm the changes ✅

Submit Your Corrections

Once you've made all the corrections and checked all the relevant boxes, click Submit at the bottom of the page. If you need to provide additional information, tick the box I need to provide additional information, which will open a text field where you can leave a message for our Quality Assurance team. When you’re done, click Confirm and Send to submit your release for another review by our team.
