Can I Choose The Shops I Distribute My Music To?

Here are the main things to keep in mind when you’re distributing your music to multiple stores:

 

 Each Shop Has Its Own Unique Policies And Guidelines

To ensure your music is accepted across all platforms, we need to align your metadata with various store requirements. Since we use a single metadata set for all stores, we may need to adjust your information to ensure broad compatibility.

Each Shop Reserves The Right To Host Your Music Or Not

For example, some stores may display only simplified music genres (e.g., Electronic instead of Garage House), which can affect how your release appears to listeners.

Each Shop Reserves The Right To Reject A Delivery

There may be instances where, unfortunately, a specific shop doesn’t approve our delivery because its content doesn’t align with their policies and guidelines. For example, Apple will refuse a release if it’s not in line with their stylistic guidelines. 

  

⚠️ Although the store list can be determined by you, the specific content policies of each store is beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your release will be available in all the stores you selected.
