How Long Does It Take For iMusician To Deliver My Release?
The time it takes to deliver your music (i.e. when we hand it over to the streaming platforms) depends on several factors. This includes mostly the delivery method you select and the accuracy of your metadata when you submit the release to our team. Here’s how the process works:
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery
- Timeline: We deliver your music within 2 business weeks after payment.
- Conditions: If your release fails the initial quality check and corrections are required, this may delay the delivery and by extension the release date you had selected when ordering.
- Express Delivery (Additional fees may apply)
- Timeline: We deliver your music within 1 business week after payment.
- Conditions: Similar to Standard Delivery, any issues with metadata or quality checks could cause delays.
- Priority Delivery (Additional fees may apply)
- Timeline: We deliver your music within 2 business days after payment.
- Conditions: Rapid delivery still requires your release to pass the quality check. Corrections, if needed, may delay delivery.
What Happens After Quality Checks?
Once your release has successfully passed the quality check, we will send your release to the selected shops and platforms. Then, the shops will take care of uploading your release based on the date you chose.
